Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Pifaxo Games (“Pifaxo”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use Walls & Balls, future Pifaxo games, or pifaxo.com.

The current version of Walls & Balls is designed to work without a player account. We do not operate advertising, purchases or our own analytics service in the game. If a future release changes those practices, we will update this policy and the applicable store privacy disclosures before that release.

Information we handle

In our games

Walls & Balls does not ask for your name, email address, precise location, contacts, photos or advertising identifier, and it does not send gameplay data to a Pifaxo server.

When you contact us

If you email us for support, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, device model, app version, screenshots and message. We use it only to respond, investigate the issue and keep a reasonable support record.

This website

This site does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Our hosting provider may process basic technical logs—such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp—to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose failures. Those logs are retained according to the provider’s operational policies.

App stores and operating systems

Apple, Google and your device platform may process information independently when you download or use an app. Their handling of that information is governed by their own privacy policies and settings.

How we use and share information

We use support information to answer requests, fix bugs, protect our services and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate email or hosting, when required by law, or to protect users and our rights.

We keep support correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires longer retention.

Children’s privacy

Our games are not designed to collect personal information from children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or the relevant minimum age in their country. A parent or guardian who believes a child sent us personal information can contact us to request deletion.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict our use of your personal information, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email us. We may need enough information to verify and complete the request.

Walls & Balls does not use player accounts, so there is currently no in-app account or associated account data to delete.

Security, international use and changes

We use reasonable safeguards for information we handle, but no online service can promise absolute security. Information may be processed where we or our service providers operate, subject to appropriate legal protections.

We may update this policy when our games or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised version here and change the effective date above.

Walls & Balls; adını, e-posta adresini, kesin konumunu, kişilerini, fotoğraflarını veya reklam kimliğini istemez ve oynanış verilerini bir Pifaxo sunucusuna göndermez.

Bize ulaştığında

Destek için e-posta gönderirsen e-posta adresin, cihaz modelin, uygulama sürümün, ekran görüntülerin ve mesajın gibi paylaşmayı seçtiğin bilgileri alırız. Bunları yalnızca yanıt vermek, sorunu incelemek ve makul bir destek kaydı tutmak için kullanırız.

Bu site reklam çerezi veya siteler arası takip kullanmaz. Barındırma sağlayıcımız; siteyi sunmak, güvenliği korumak ve hataları teşhis etmek için IP adresi, tarayıcı türü, istenen sayfa ve zaman damgası gibi temel teknik kayıtları işleyebilir.

Çocukların gizliliği

Oyunlarımız çocuklardan kişisel bilgi toplamak üzere tasarlanmamıştır. 13 yaşın veya ülkelerindeki ilgili asgari yaşın altındaki çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Bir çocuğun bize kişisel bilgi gönderdiğini düşünen veli, silme talebi için bize ulaşabilir.

Seçimlerin ve hakların

Yaşadığın yere göre kişisel bilgilerine erişme, düzeltme, silme veya kullanımını kısıtlama ya da belirli işlemlere itiraz etme hakların olabilir. Talep için bize e-posta gönder. Talebi doğrulamak ve tamamlamak için yeterli bilgi istememiz gerekebilir.

Walls & Balls oyuncu hesabı kullanmaz; bu nedenle uygulama içinde silinecek bir hesap veya hesapla ilişkili veri yoktur.

Güvenlik, uluslararası kullanım ve değişiklikler

İşlediğimiz bilgiler için makul güvenlik önlemleri kullanırız; ancak hiçbir çevrim içi hizmet mutlak güvenlik vaat edemez. Bilgiler, uygun yasal korumalara tabi olarak bizim veya hizmet sağlayıcılarımızın faaliyet gösterdiği yerlerde işlenebilir.
